Growing Rice
Plant Rice in a flooded Rice Paddy. It needs a light level of 9 or more and grows much faster than wheat by default.
Rice has five growth stages and grows two blocks tall from the fourth stage on, so keep the block above free. Harvest it when fully grown. Rice is also the seed, so you can replant straight away.
